  • [Question] Sanaa?

I am coming to visit in two weekends with a friend and we love eating at nice places. Jiko is one of our favorites. But, we wanted to try some new places this time (which is becoming quite hard). While perusing the website, we ran across Sanaa at Kidani Village (Animal Kingdom Villas).

My question is, is this village open yet? Or, is it not yet "early 2009"? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks a lot.

Here's a link to the restaurant's page if anyone is interested.

I think construction is still going on so no, it's probably not open yet.

"Early 2009" can mean anywhere between January and May.

Lou Mongello had the announcement on the WDW Radio Show this week. I believe he said it'd open May 1st.

Yeah from the DVC sales photos and what I saw from the Lodge when I was down there last month it's looking incredible.

What I couldn't believe was the size of some of the suites! The biggest ones are two stories high, sleep over a dozen people and have more square footage than my house! Looks like the new Contemporary DVC tower is getting a couple the same size as well. That's going to be a neat option for grand gatherings and family reunions.... :ap:

Anyone know if it will be a standard table service restaurant or a signature restaurant?
