  • [Question] Difference in MK parades?

This question was inspired by the 3pm parade question.

What are the differences in the 12pm and 3pm parade? Are they completely different parades? Are they both worth seeing? Where should we sit? Thanks my little mice friends!

Same parade, but playing twice daily at those times for what I can see. However, take note the "Shake It! Move it! Celebrate it!" streetacular parade/show also plays daily and that is totally different (and more fun IMHO) to the regular "Celebrate a Dream Come True" parade.

oh. well, I'm kinda glad they are having it twice a day. Which one is better to go to? I mean, which is less crowded?

        3pm on Main Street.

As for the "Celebrate it", usually the last show of the day is the best to see since the Sun has dimmed a bit and it's more comfortable to take to the streets and dance the conga line with Mickey!

ah. Thanks. Not sure if we'll do that parade. I wasn't too impressed with the one at DHS. And our daughter (who we thought would love it) couldn't care less. She just sat there the whole time.

I guess we will have to wait and see what she feels like doing that day.

I've always wondered, what do the performers do between parades? Do they just rehearse or maybe they have normal jobs in the park?

good question. I would think they would stay in costume.....might take a long time to change in and out of one.

Difference is... the Party Bash is more of show off for young beautiful dancers. The "Celebrate" parade is more interactive and feature classic Disney characters. I think it's a much better effort over the DHS one. Search for my official review on that parade here, and look for nBodyhome's pictures from that. It may help yoou make a better decision if you do want to skip it.
