  • [Question] Autograph books

Can anyone tell me what the current price and styles of the official Disney World autograph books are for 2009? Pictures of the books would be helpful too! We are going in August and I am trying to decide whether to buy one before hand or when we get there. Since this will be our son's first book, so I kind of want to get an official one, and preferably one that says 2009 on it (although that is not a big deal). Thanks!

    Re: Autograph books

The books are still blue with the fab five on the cover.

I have not seen anything with 2009 dubbed on the cover. But if you ask me, I would wait till you walk into Magic Kingdom and buy one right at either the news stand or the merchandise cart just past the train station.

That is the easy part. The challenging part is finding those characters without the longggg lines.

      Almost forgot...

There are only three styles. Aside from the smaller blue book, the parks and DtD sell larger ones that come in pink or purple with plastic photo inserts which are more expensive.

Prices...hmm. I think around $10 or so for the smaller blue one.

      Sorry for not having pictures.

My daughter got a Tinkerbell one last year. I bought it in Downtown Disney. It has the little plastic sleeves for the picture with the character, and the opposite page is regular paper for them to sign. It was tiny enough to shove in our backpack when we weren't using it. She loved collecting autographs. I think it was around $9. Although, I can't remember.
