  • [Question] How do you find out WDW ride closures?

    Hello all!

I'm planning my first trip to WDW for October and can't find the ride closures on the WDW website like they have for DLR....

Anyone know where I can go to find this?

    Thanks!
    -Kate

The official ones are listed on the WDW web site and can be viewed on the calendar page: Parks Hours | Calendars | Walt Disney World Resort

Note that this will not cover all closures, some are unscheduled and you typically will find those on a sandwich board by the entrance of the parks (usually inside the turnstiles which always annoyed me since I was already in the park at that point and if I didn't have a parkhopper was stuck there) and also on the status boards inside the parks.

If you have an iPhone there's also a great app called simply WDW times which lists all the details for each day for all the parks and is reasonably up to date and in sync with the official WDW site.

Awesome! Thanks for the welcome, it's about time I joined a Disney community.

I have this app. Not sure when it'll be of actual use to me, but it's kind of neat to peek in at the current wait times.
