I didnt do anything. That picture is unedited, I just got lucky at the time of day when I took it...

Cool. I thought it might've been in the middle of an effect or dimmed for some kind of event in the park.

Here are the settings I had on my camera...

Exposure: 0.04 sec (1/25)
Aperture: f/10
Focal Length: 47 mm
ISO Speed: 400
Exposure Bias: 0/3 EV
Flash: Flash did not fire

I think it was a combo of using a low ISO speed and not having the flash fire that got me those results...
