hi all can i get cast member exclusive stuff from WDW or is there a shop that sell them?

The only way you can get CM exclusives is to be a CM, or know a CM who will buy that stuff for you. CMs get their stuff at the D Store, but only CMs can shop there.
That's why they call it CM exclusive.
Although you can probably buy that type of thing online at auction sites too. -
