  • [Pictures] New Year's Eve at Epcot

Photography was anything but easy with the crowds yesterday, so there are only a handful of shots here. I have never seen people in such density.

    Amazing shots! Thanks for sharing!

Out of curiosity, any shots of how crowded it was? I'd love to get an idea of how packed it was.

Hi YoYo! When I returned home from working @ Epcot yesterday (New Year's Eve) around 530 we were @ around 70K and they were expecting to receive about 84K total for the day. Not sure yet if they reached that number but I'd bet they did.

Thanks for the info! I just am so curious about how crowded that actually is. Not that I am close enough to go then (I'm in NY) but for some reason the crowds fascinate me.

Great pictures. I've never been to WDW for the New Year's ... Epcot would certainly be my park of choice if I were there.

                      WOW over 70k?!

I love your pictures- but I can't imagine those crowds!

For me, Epcot really comes alive at night. There's something about the WS that makes you so proud and blessed you're in such a beautiful and unique world.

Roe was presented twice. Once at 7:30 with the Peace on Earth tag and again at 11:40 with New Year celebrations from different countries around the lagoon and finally the New Year's Eve tag.
