  • [Question] How do Disney treat their CM's?

So.... a CM in the World of Disney shop was quite short with my daughter who's 6 which led to her crying and us as a family having to go home.
The next day I made a complaint against this CM, and was wondering what the procedure was for dealing with complaints against CM's.
It was a shame because all the workers in that park seem to be fantastic, it was just this one who had an issue.

I would hope they would take into account their overall record with the company and not just one incident.

I think you are trying to say "how does Disney treat their CMs?"
Each person has bad days, as I am sure you have had in your life. While it is unfortunate for your daughter (on the accidental receiving end), it does happen everywhere.
If you lodged a complaint on a specific cast member, they would be counseled.
