  • [Question] New CM at WDW Main gates?

    Hey all!

I'm a brand new hire at WDW EWWOS and I just have one silly, stupid basic question.
How long before I get my main gate pass so I can get my family in the park?

I think you get it after traditions.

No, just got my CM ID. I keep hearing different answers. One CM told me two weeks, another 90 days... I'm so confused!

Maingates will be mailed to your address on record after 90 days after your first day of employment (aka Traditions).

Sometimes it will show up a month or two early.

              Sorry I wasn't here earlier.

Official company policy says you will be entitled to a main entrance pass two weeks after you work a full shift. Shipping time to your current address is generally 3-5 business days, so I'd count on having it after three weeks. -Rolf- is referring to the old policy.

Of course, the old-OLD policy (was this only DL in the 1980s? I assume WDW too) was that you had to hit your 3-year point before you got the Main Gate pass
