  • HELP! Can't find a job

Hey everybody. I need some CM or expert help on this one. I live in NC and would love to work at WDW during summer 2006. However, I need a job that pays around $12 an hour just to cover expenses of traveling/living there. I wasn't able to find any such job through the job hotline, and am hoping some of you can offer different numbers, e-mail addresses, etc. to contact regarding other opportunites. Thanks for any help you can give.

Most jobs at Disney start around the $6.85 per hour mark. The only ones I know making $12 an hour are people who are topped out in their job category and have been there for over 5 years (more like 10 years) or those that are salaried professionals, and when you factor in the amount of overtime some of them put in, that drops their salary per hour since they don't get paid overtime like the hourly people do.

I wanted a job at WDW for years... until I found how little they paid. In Florida, most jobs that pay $12 or more are office ones.
