    Re: stroller question

I was so happy that first trip after the youngest had turned 5 and we didn't have to schepp a stroller around anymore.

      Re: stroller question

I'll agree!!^^^ We arbitrarily selected 5 as the cutoff for strollers in our family. The kids got tired, but they walked. It didn't kill them. I'll be honest, I've seen much older children (8-10 years old) in strollers, and it really seems inapropriate to me. Kids that age should be able to walk for the day.
And it actually is a lot easier when you don't have to bring it. The only thing is we sometimes miss having a place to put our stuff. But it's worth it not to have to maneuvre a stroller around.

I was 4 when I first went to Disney. My parents told me that If I didn't walk, we wouldn't be going... I chose to walk. So I would say 5ish.

I was 3 on my first visit to WDW and I don't think we used a stroller for me. My parents were very adamant about me walking. And I did just fine. It bugs me when I see kids as old as 10 riding in strollers. No wonder this country is overweight.

My son stopped riding in it about 5. We still brought it last ( he turned 5 when we were there) and used it for our stuff. He didn't sit in it. He didn't want to.
