2017 is a year of renewal for us, we have lots of exciting changes on the way for you, but we don't have time to deal with trolls and spammers. If you find yourself suspended and need to plead your case, you will need to do so after your suspension. We are happy to address your concerns if you made a simple mistake. However, please note that those with a history of bad behavior and pushing our rules to the limit will not be given the courtesy of a reply.

MiceChat offers a number of ways for you to communicate and get involved. We offer Facebook Groups and Pages, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest accounts. We have a front page filled with amazing content. We offer weekly meetups in the parks. Meets and events all over the world. Podcasts and videos. And we continue to maintain forums for your posting convenience. But with all those options, we can't be everywhere all the time. We need YOUR help. Please don't poke the trolls. Report posts and leave reputation. We'll do our best to keep the forums clean and active, but we can't do so without your help.

    We upgraded our 6-day spring break tickets to non-resident APs! Our car magnet even showed up in the mail already, so we're pretty excited. The rule seems to be that spending 10 days in the parks over a 365 day year justifies the purchase and we debated our ability to return for four more days before March 30, 2014. So far, we have eight definite days planned and another two that might happen right before our plan runs out.

    Even in this short amount of time, we've discovered a few cool (and a couple of odd) things about the 2013-2014 AP program.

    1. Tables In Wonderland - Having purchased the standard Disney Dining Plan for the past five visits for two adults, a teenager (adult) and twins under 10, we really felt the pinch this year now that we have five adults on the plan! The plan certainly takes the "you won't eat that, don't order it" debate out of the equation, but the adult portions that come with Table Service meals are simply too big for a pair of 11-year-old kids. Our DVC hotel refrigerator had no less than a half-dozen desserts still sitting on the shelves by the time we checked-out the morning of day seven. Enter the Tables In Wonderland discount program! Purchased with your AP tickets, this annual membership card gives up to ten people in the card-holder's party a 20% discount on food and beverages from almost every outlet in the parks and WDW resort properties. For us, the fact that we can use it for our entire party for the entire year makes it the perfect alternative to the plan, which we felt was too expensive but less risky than going cash in the parks.
    2. Discounts on rooms - up to 40% off for on-property rooms, depending on season.

    We did find out that, possibly due to the changes coming with RFID, that our new AP data doesn't work with our My Disney Experience portal. Cards purchased after March 19th can't be affiliated with the accounts, but we hope that they'll tie everything together soon so that we can have easier access to booking and pricing.
