  • [Question] On my way to WDW :)

we are almost there! What park should we visit first?

Re: On my way to WDW

My favorite park is EPCOT, so I like to start there. But if you're staying on Disney property, see if any parks have early entry, and open up that park. If you're not staying on Disney property, see what park has early entry, and DON'T go there that day.

Check out the extra magic hours. When there are the night hours at one park, go to that park the next morning. I've always found that there is hardly any crowd then.

Good tip, quatchi. I'll have to remember that for my next trip in 3 years.

Epcot first, as it is more relaxing than the others. Check out Test Track as the refurbishment is great
The new Star Wars plot summery:

Episode 7: Luke discovers that Darth Vader is not his father, and goes on a search for his real father

Episode 8: Darth Vader is resurrected and goes on Jerry Springer, claiming he is Luke and Leia's father

Episode 9: Princes Leia is not Luke's sister, making him furious (we all know why...).

Re: On my way to WDW

My trips always start with Epcot. Or more importantly, the first day ends with martinis at the Rose & Crown followed by IllumiNations and a very happy walk around the World Showcase!

Re: On my way to WDW

Magic Kingdom all the way. Check out the nightly offerings. You've got Main Street Electrical Parade, Fireworks, the Little Mermaid ride at night is amazing, when you leave the park you may catch the water electrical parade out on the water, visit the Grand Floridian for a late night bite at their resturants or bars or check out the Polynesian Hotel at night, all amazing and in the same area.

Oh wait, you posted this back on May 1st. I'm assuming your trip is probably already over. This idea of mine will also work on your final night, whenever that is.
