  • Anniversary info...

First off...I tried to do some searching and I didn't find what I needed, so IF there is a similar thread to this please don't flame me.

My parents will be going (along with myself and several other family members) to WDW this May. They (my parents) will be celebrating their 25th Wedding Anniversary. I was wondering if ANYWHERE did ANYTHING special (and free is always a perk, but I won't hold my breath) for cases like this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, we have people who have done this before, I'm sure they'll see this thread soon.

LOL! Thanks for the page, Mickey Mania.

Quas, my wife and I renewed our vows at WDW in February this year. This occasion is, and will continue to be, one of the fondest memories in my life.

Now, doing this did cost some money and when my wife initially suggested it, I was against it because of the cost. She finally talked me into it and I'm glad she did! If I could go back in time and do it again, I'd do it in a heartbeat!

Anyway, if this is something they'd be interested in, here's a Disney link that has info on this:
        http://www.disneyweddings.com/site/gate/index.jsp

Given what you said in your post, I imagine an Intimate Vow Renewal would be appropriate:
        http://www.disneyweddings.com/site/v...tart/index.jsp

My wife had trouble finding info on their website as well, so she did a search on "vow renewal" and those links showed up.

And, their phone number in case you want to talk to a human:
        310-939-4610

If what you see on their site doesn't appear to be right for your parents, I'd highly suggest giving them a call. They were never pushy with us and were always helpful.

Let us know what the Disney folks say and what your folks end up doing.

You can also have them get the wedding ears and get them personalized to say 25th anniversary. I have seen guests do that many times.. I thought it was super cute! Especially the 50th anniversary ones.
