Anyone know if there will be a soft open on the 1st?

Lights, Motors, Action has been playing regularly for like 3 weeks now, and appears on the MGM entertainment schedule as if it was officially opened. You should be able to catch it and if lucky 'Soarin' as well over at EPCOT.

neither LMA or soaring are running right now. soaring was open last week for cast previews only on fri-sun. It has not been open this week for guests. LMA has been closed for the last week or more

I will be very ticked off if I don't get to see them on my next visit (starting tomorrow), especially Soarin, which is supposed to have AP Previews this weekend!

I'm not too worried about Soarin. Not really into the simulators and stuff..

Soarin is a very good ride ... certainly better than something like Star Tours or Body wars.
