Impromptu tea party in Epcot?

While doing some surfing, I came across a site (I don't recall where, where it was mentioned that in the UK of Epcot, Alice and Mary Poppins hold an impromptu tea party... (and no not the Princess one in the GF either )

anyone know anything about this?


and my second question, I also read about a butterfly and/or ladybug release for kids at Epcot, can anyone give me details?

If you ask a CM at Epcot they should be able to tell you when you should be at the Outpost (which is in World Showcase).
