Partners Statue

Hey just curious ~ What does the plaque say below the Partner's statue at WDW.
The one below DL's reads the following: "I think most of all what I want Disneyland to be is a happy place...Where parents and children can have fun, together. -Walt Disney".

When I saw the title of this thread I was sure I was about to read that it had been gilded during the night!
