First up, sorry to be offtopic in your thread. Secondly, the "Happiest Celebration" 2cd set is only found in ONE spot of MouseGear, and they had quite a few there tonight. Go to the main registers located along side the glass wall facing TestTrack, where rotating gears are located, then go to the farthest register on the left of the register counter, and you will find the CDs in the small cubicle located in between the last two registers. Voila!

I also saw them at WOD located on the top shelf in the center of the store where the "Happiest Celebration" merchandise is located. Note they are NOT located where CD's are found at this store.

I will even tell you this... I spotted the DL' Musical history 6cd set on sale at EPCOT's Art of Disney tonight as well.

You're right Mikey. I'm not expecting an Indy announcement. Not at all. But it's not impossible in the future.
But i like your way of low expectations.

My suggestion is to set your expectations really low. Most likely, it will just be an announcement of projects currently underway (ie, Everest). If they did announce new rides, it most likely wouldn't be until into the celebration. If, however, there are surprises (Star Tours, Muppets, etc) then they will have exceeded your expectations. If not, then at least you didn't overhype it and get your hopes up.

    Indy Adventure at Disney/MGM!
    Villian's Rollar Coaster!
5th Theme Park where all the buildings are made of candy!
Walt is being unfrozed to become the new CEO!
But...the Indy ride is actually feasible... whether it happens or not, who knows, but it isn't impossible.

    And the 5th theme park...mmmmm...candy

They may announce a new movie for Soarin for Epcot's 25th Anniversary. An update for Star Tours at the Studios. Maybe even more DVC timeshares (BLECH!!!!!) ... I certainly would be shocked if they announced a major E-Ticket or anything like that.

^^^You won't miss a thing. Stay home. It will be crowded with media and they won't be letting regular guests anywhere near the ceremony near the Castle. I have even heard that all of Main Street and the Hub will be closed to guests from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. with traffic directed down Main Street sidewalks and into either Adventureland or Tomorrowland. I really wouldn't waste my time. It would be better to head to Disney-MGM or DAK.

Back to the subject of the 5th, we already know about the press events on the 4th and 5th. Where would be "the place" to go on the 5th? I'm assuming somewhere in MK, but I'm really clueless. I still haven't decided whether or not I'm going to go. I'll be going with a 2-year-old if I do go, which isn't ideal, but I don't want to miss anything good, either!

If it makes you feel better... TDR does the same thing about their CD compilations.

Yes and No. Yes, because they used to charge $19.98 for a 1-cd set. No, because most of the stuff here has been previously released and only craze collectors of park music (like me) would care to buy this stuff. ..and please, don't ask me how many DONNA SUMMER compilations I have bought in my lifetime.

Is anyone going to actually go on the 5th? I wasn't going to, but reading through all these threads is totally hyping me up, and I think I might now...
