custom cars. They are tube frame cars with motorcycle engines. Specialized stunt cars.

Not totaly correct. They started life as an Opel car (I do not know the exact model though, it may be the Corsa). They are then totaly gutted and framed with a safty frame. Then given thier new motorcycle power plant. This is stated during the show. Here check out Opel.com.

well alot of those cars you see on drag strips start out as VW bugs and other things.. doesn't really make them VWs when they are done More of a shell then anything.

The black cars are Opel Corsa's, the red car is a concept car designed by Opel.

They are exact clones of the cars at WDS Paris, they are not Geo Metros, Opel Corsa's have been around in Europe for years and any european can spotone of them a mile off.

If you watch the show you can even see the Opel badge on the front of each car.
