Electrical water pagent

Does anyone have any pictures of the electrical water pagaent that goes around the seven seas lagoon?
Somehow we managed to miss it during our stay at the world and i didnt find out about ituntil after the trip so i would really appreciate anything to do with the parade and especially pictures

It is very hard to take pictures of the Electrical Water Parade. I have tried on several occasions. Seeing it while at Disney World is a wonderful thing. Each time, I ran across it by chance, and it is a glorious sight.

These were taken in August 2006 from the Polynesian. I love my camera.

Those are great photos yoyoflamingo! What kind of camera do you have? We are staying at the Contemporary in Oct and I can't wait for my daughter to see this parade. I remember seeing it as a child while staying at Fort Wilderness.

Thank you evilqueenrocks! I have a Sony Cybershot with 7.2 MegaPixels. Still getting used to it, but I think anyone who has seen my old pics in the Where in the Disney World Thread can not disagree that these are so much better, since the only reason these are blurry are because I was walking to Ohana's while taking them.

I'm so glad you got to see that parade yoyo. You acted like you were a kid as soon as the music started (and I just pretended that I didn't see the lights, as I waited for your reaction.)

I have seen it before, but there' just something so magical about it. I think because it's one of the clearest memories I have of WDW as a child....sitting on the pool deck at the Contemporary and waiting for it to begin.

My grandson, his mom and I saw it also at the Contemporary one night, when we had decided to stop on the beach on our way back to our room.

I just love it. I saw it again, on my recent trip, from the Wilderness Lodge boat dock. It is as good as ever.

I've actually seen boats returning from MK or between resorts taht have passed through it. That's my next goal.

I've done that! Last year when we stayed at Wilderness Lodge. That's when my husband told me he had never seen the parade. So we are making a point of not missing it this time.

There is only one time I regretted seeing the EWP. One time, I had a choice between only one chance that we had to see it in that trip and going to Fort Wilderness to see Song of the South at the campfire movie. I kicked myself after that decision.

Well, at least I eventually got to see that movie.
