  • Best Breakfast

I will going to Orlando later this month. I'm taking the red-eye, and want to know where the best place to go for an early morning breakfast. Not a character breakfast, but a good breakfast place with some good ambiance.

    Any suggestions?

I like the blueberry muffins from the bakery on Main Street. I'm not a breakfast person but it's the perfect place to grab a pastry and go.

Boma at Animal Kingdom Lodge and Whispering Canyon Cafe at Wilderness Lodge are my favorites.

Don't let Disney find that out, though. Every time I have a favorite place, they either close it down or stop serving breakfast (Bonfamille's, Garden Grill, Tony's Town Square).

Hmm.. Kona Cafe at the poly, Wispering Canyons at WL, Princess Breakfast at Epcot... Tony's in MK was my favorite unfortunately they are no longer doing Breakfast.

I used to enjoy heading to the Diamond Horseshoe for a light breakfast and a show...

Trail's End Restraunt at Fort Wilderness has a nice breakfast buffet.

There's a scatter service buffet at the Coronado Springs Resort. Very good "breakfast scramble" with eggs, meat & cheese in a big skillet. Yum!

Ketchup..bleh...doesn't belong on breakfast food IMHO but to each their own.

I second the cafe on Main Street, my daughter and I stopped there for breakfast one morning, caught Dapper Dans coming out of the back and because it was her birthday weekend they sang Happy Birthday just for her, was very magical.

Now I know that won't happen to everyone but the sitting area has great ambiance IMHO.

                  I have a photo

Added the Dapper Dans photo, to bad it didn't come out but I kept it anyway.

I must agree; however, I often go for a Dole Whip for breakfast. :cgrin:

Any place like that where you get to see the Dans is great!

You should try asking for sugar too. That's fun.

That's what I had on my last WDW trip after taking the red-eye from CA. It wasn't too busy and they even allowed us to take a nap there since the room wasn't ready.
