Does Pal Mickey work in the resorts to or just parks?

Also - would this be a good thing for a 3.5 year old or too young?

We will be at the WL, but I didn't know if PAL Mickey said anything about the resorts or if it is reserved to just basic squeeze the hand kind of stuff ??

Pal Mickey will play his games and such at the resorts, but the new information and updates are only inside the parks.

Personally, I think it's too much for a 3.5 year old.

I don't know we bought one when my daughter was that age and she really enjoyed the jokes.... it did become tiresome sometimes when she always wanted to know what Mickey was saying...

hey I like pal mickey and pin trading too. and ours doesn't advertise sales at least he didnt the e last time I we took him to the parks
