What time do they get to work?

Hi,last week I sent Disney and email complaining that they are offering the free dining plan to UK visitors for next August/September already. I told them I felt left out as in Australia we get nothing. I can not get the planning DVD, I do not get sent my AP newsletter, we no longer have Disney Stores and the list goes on. I did an email to some friends and I found 14 people who would visit WDW if this plan was offered and they would all stay onsite and they would all stay for 2 - 3 weeks.

Anyway a man rang this morning and left a message on my answering machine. He left his direct number so I can call him back and I intend to.

When it is 11 pm here it is 9 am in Orlando -would he be at work then? He works in the WDW Executive Offices.

I know my phone call willnot really acheive anything but I am very impressed that someone actually rang me- thats never happened before!

Typical hours for work are 9 to 5, so you are pretty safe.

Could you add how pissed off I am about the current state of the Disney Channel, the loss of our Disney Stores, the disintergration of Disney Adventures into Generic Magazene Monthly, Saturday Disney into a bland promo for Disney Channel and the really f***ing stupid decision to close DisneyToon Studios Australia?

Typical hours for work are 9 to 5, so you are pretty safe.

Also, tell them TDLFAN is not happy about the current maintenance conditions at WDW and how lackluster the attractions feel when compared to their counterpart parks in CA, Paris, Tokyo and Hong Kong.

You could let them know that Canadians aren't very happy either. Our stores never have Christmas stuff, they really good clothes are over priced. we can't order stuff off the Disney site either.

not to mention that a company that size making THAT much money SHOULD have an 800 number that you can access in North America. I've always found it terrible that they never saw fit to get an 800 number for their customers who spend a fortune to call and make reservations.

You should remind them that since their guests spend millions of dollars a year at each resort they should think about reinvesting some money back into the park and bring the standard of shows, rides, food, hummm everything i guess back up to the "Disney Standard" of the past.

Honestly? Enough is Enough!! (All Hail Donna Summer!!) We do not need another Disney park anywhere. HKDL was jumping the shark. They should have stopped there.

I would have loved to pass on everyones concerns but when I rang I got the "Confidential voice mail of Eric ......." who only works 4 days a week so I will need to wait until Monday night and call again! Who only works 4 days a week? No wonder no one answers my emails !
