IS World Showcase just never open?

I am in the process of planning a vacation to the World right now and We are going in January during off-peak season and since it is off peak i was checking the hours to the parks and i noticed that Epcot only lists Future World open that month

I got curious so i looked at all the other months and i saw the same thing.

NOw i know that the World Showcase has been open in September but i ddi just want to check; Does the calendar always show only Future World's hours or is the World Showcase honestly closed.

I know i am an idiot, laugh all you want

Future World- 9 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
World Showcase- 11 a.m.-9:00 p.m.

And even during those hours that it lists world showcase as closed, you can still get over there, the shops just aren't open yet.
