Well since there are a lot of MiceChatters at Disney World, without us, let's pretend that we are there.
What would you be doing right now, if you were at Disney World?
anything other than attempting to get my kid to do his homework. I would take flash photography on Pirates over 'stop wasting time and just write the stupid poem already"
Well, let's see. It's about 10pm on the East right now, so I'd probably be making my way outta Epcot after watching IllumiNations ... heading back to my room, or possibly going to the Benihana at the Hilton by Downtown Disney.
I've never been to WDW, so I'd probably be suffering from the Disney equivalent of a sugar-induced coma at this point. Either that, or you'd see me madly running about in a hat, grinning from ear to ear.
I haven't been to WDW since the late 80's. Wouldn't hardly know where to start. I think Expedition: Everest would be my highest priority, but I wouldn't be heading to AK on my first full day there.
I'd probably be at the Magic Kingdom, checking out what's different and what's the same...
Not many Pretenders out there. Let's use our imaginations, here.
Right now, I could be in Magic Kingdom, enjoying Fantasyland. Perhaps waiting for a priority seating at the popular Crystal Palace. Later I could stop at the Barber Shop and get a haircut, and some pixie dust sprinkled in my hair.
I think that I would be walking around Epcot waiting for the World Showcase to open. My wife and I like to eat our way around the world and stop and share a small snack in each of the country pavilions. Our favorite is the French pastry store all the way in the back of the French pavilion.
If I was at the Magic Kingdom I would probably be on the TTA. I could just ride that around all day and miss the people mover. No reason to waste time on Buzz there anymore.
At Disney-MGM I think that I would have ridden their far better version of TOT and be in line for Rock N' Rollercoaster.
If I were at Animal Kingdom I don't think I would be anywhere but at the base of Expedition Everest. I haven't been to WDW in three years so I would have to check it out. My favorite thing at DAK was the Safari at night. I don't think they do that anymore though.
Check out my new Disney Blog here. What it lacks in quality it makes up with... Well, nothing I guess.
