  • 12/9-10 Weekend: Jack Sparrow and Space Shuttles!

Hey guys! My husband and I decided to head down to WDW for the weekend to celebrate our 2nd anniversary. We made it to the Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom, and saw some stuff that wasn't there last time we went.
I realize these photos are probably old hat by now, but I wanted to share some of my photos of Jack Sparrow, from his pirate tutorial.
Jack was quite good, I thought...

And here's one of him with Mac.

These guys really are great improv actors. Their guest interaction was funny, and proved a great start to the day.

This was the same day they launched the space shuttle from Cape Canaveral. If you were wondering whether it was visible from Orlando, it was. We walked out of Mickey's house in Toontown, and saw it in the sky. It was pretty cool to see the shuttle go from fiery, to just a little light in the sky. I didn't get any pictures of it; it was just a nice surprise.

I have a few more photos, but they're fairly standard. I just wanted to share a bit.
They are the Disney Princesses and their goal is world domination. -Mary McNamara | LA Times / AP
