Too bad that they do not get into the details. Also, the host was talking as if her audience was a group of 4th graders (no offence to a 4th grader's level of intelligence).
Considering that most regional newspapers anywhere in the country are written on a 5th grade reading level, it really isn't all that offensive as it could be.
I'll have to keep some of this information in mind when I produce my RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 fireworks shows. So far, I haven't been "strategically placing" my morters like they do in real life. Then again, I don't have fireworks that go 1,000 feet in the air in the game.
