  • Trip planning question

I am planning to take the family to Disney World this september and booking it this week now my question is when i called DW to get price i found that they were really over priced on air fare so is it better and cheaper for me to find a better price else where? or just let disney handle it? .They quoted me great deal on rooms at pop and free dinning and park passes.

This doesn't answer your question but if you do get the free dining be sure to get "reservations" as soon as possible.

Yes do your own air fare. You can then call them back and give them the info for the DIsneys Magical Express to get you back and forth from the airport and WDW.

If they're overpricing the airfare then definitely do it yourself

        Good morning, son
        In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
        It was pain
        Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...

Try calling some travel agents or AAA if your a member as well. Sometimes they can get cheaper flight tickets...

                  Re: Trip planning question

I usually either book with Orbitz (Expedia is just as good) or just look on the Orbitz site to get an idae about prices then I may go directly to the airlines, but then I have some special circumstances which is better if I go directly to the airlines.

But definately look on the consolidator sites (Orbitz, Expedia, etc.) Get an idea about what are norrmal prices then decide on what you want to pay then book as son as you see that price and don't look back, because there may be a better deal. Just try to get the price you need to make your vacation work.

I look for fares to go below $400 from CA to FL, when that happens I book. Yep, sometimes they go lower again, but sometimes they don't.

                  I hope this helps.
