Building 6 (Sugarloaf) will be completely closed in September, and they are just starting refubishments of the non-concierge rooms starting with Building 7 (Conch Key). Like the Contemporary, only one floor is being done at a time.

To my knowledge they have just started working on the top floor of building 7, as to when those rooms will be completed though, is unknown.

Maybe they'll actually get full-sized TVs now.

When I last stayed there in 2001 (yeah, been a while) the rooms had just been thoroughly rehabbed but they kept the tiny 19-inch TVs that fit the furniture.

That's kind of a joke when the Contemp., Poly and WL all have huge new flat screens.
