    Exclusive Passholder Access
When The Haunted Mansion reopens, you'll be given priority access, and will be among the first to experience all the eerie new enhancements to this classic Disney attraction. Including a ghoulish new scene, haunting new audio and more ghastly ghosts than ever before.

It all happens Sept. 14, 15 & 16 from 9 am to 12 pm. Just look for the Passholder "Priority Access" entrance.

Passholders must show valid Pass and photo ID for access.

Don't say WDW doesn't do anything for passholders.

Nothing other than a Fast Pass for AP holders.

The attraction won't have that much of a wait for the first hour of the day anyhow. This is a pointless promotion.

I ain't getting up early just to ride a refurbished haunted mansion. I remember a time that Disney would constantly upgrade and clean up rides without a hype machine and gimmick promotions.

Too bad DL doesn't do it also, but then again, the wait would be just as long as the normal line or worse!

Well if the AP line is going to be anything like Everest or Nemo, I'll get in the regular line.

People always talk about how there are very little AP holders in Florida but when something like this happens, it's like they just fall from the sky.

Can't wait though, I'm incredibly psyched!

There are just as many Annual Passholders in Florida as there are in California. The difference is that in Florida, all the APs are spilt into four different parks. In California, everyone goes to Disneyland, possibly visits DCA during the day as well, but they almost always go to Disneyland. That's why it seems like DL has a lot more APs then WDW.

is this just for the premium passes? Would I be able to take advantage of this with a seasonal pass?

I would consider upgrading to an AP to get rid of those awful blackout dates, if you can.

I don't care what line I go through, it's a high-loading attraction (I am a passholder). I hope to be there in the morning when it opens, it should be a great upgrade.

i agree, I would happily make the huge line. I think HM is one of the attractions at WDW that the queue moves the fastest. One reason why...NO FASTPASS. They should keep it that way.

I'm not sure that that's true, big Bill. I've always read that the number in DL is more like 650,000 compared to 200,00 or so in Florida. Remember, SoCal has a much larger population base than Orlando, so it makes sense that there are many more locals that can take advantage of DL than WDW. If you have any actual numbers I'd love to hear 'em.

But I don't plan on going during the blackout dates...hehe those are the busiest times of the year, why would i want to go then? I'm an off-season fan...don't like going during spring break, peak of summer, during/after christmas (anymore). I like going in Jan or mid february, mid may, am going next week, then maybe in october, and december at some point. Rinse, wash, repeat.

Besides, the seasonal fits my budget better

We are seasonal passholders and I got the email about the HM preview. So I think seasonal passholders are included.

And I agree with you that seasonal passes are more budget friendly! And we are not fond of fighting the crowds either.
