Yak and Yeti to Open 11/14 (as per Disney)

Disney Dining is now giving 11/14 as the date for walk-ups to Yak and Yeti. The dates being given for reservations to be taken is 12/3, for dates 1/4/08 and beyond.

I read on another board about Disney Dining now giving this information out, I don't want to take credit for that. But I did call and confirm.

I do plan to get photos and review both table and counter service on the 14th (as long as it is open!)

ewww roasted buzzard.. does that taste alot like poltry by any chance? I hear frogs legs taste just like chicken.

I don't think buzzard or frog is on the menu.

I haven't seen a full menu. I've seen items listed like duck, sweet and sour pork, and maple chicken. It sounds more Chinese, I was hoping for Indian food too.
