The Space Mountain RANGE should follow Tron
I've been on all the Space Mountains except for Hong Kong's, and I don't think any of them are that great today, though I loved WDW's when I was a kid in the 1970s ("RCAaaaa leads the waaaaaay!")
After the Florida Tron clone finally opens, WDW's Space Mountain should shut down and be replaced with a much, MUCH larger Space Mountain Range containing multiple rides, including one gentler, weirder one for the whole family. (There is room to dramatically expand this attraction at WDW.)
Maybe the "whole family" ride could visit the Andromeda Galaxy (getting there could be the longest fastest part) & this could be an educational attraction like Disneyland's old Adventures Though InnerSpace ride. With a slower, long train for the whole family and multiple other rides, Disney could of course dramatically increase the # of people who could experience some forms of Space Mtn. per hour. Something this cool & costly probably wouldn't come till after Chapek is gone.
