  • [Question] Company Trip

So my company is looking to travel to WDW and they decided to task me with getting a quote. For it to be doable, I need the cost to be around 500-700 per person for a 3-4 night stay at WDW. I'd prefer to stay onsite, but as long as there's a shuttle I don't mind. There are about 40 people in our company and some children. Any tips on where I should start hunting?

Also what is this meal plan dining option and is it worth to include in our quote? I read reviews and it seems like it's mixed. I'm not a picky eater, but I would like to try different options, but I feel some nights are going to be "company nights" where we will all dine together.

Any tips are greatly appreciated MC'ers thanks!

I would start with getting a quote directly from WDW. (407) 939-7429
They'll probably try to get you to plan a grand gathering.

There is a vacation package pager, but IDK if if that is for that many people or not Walt Disney World Vacation Packages | Walt Disney World Resort

    Good morning, son
    In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
    It was pain
    Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...
