  • Gluten free WDW Menus?

My husband has Celiac disease and we are in the pre-planning phase of a May 2015 WDW trip. We have no children, so it will be just the two of us.

From my Google searches, I've gathered that WDW is great with people with special dietary needs. However, I have only been able to find a handful of actual gluten-free menus - Cooke's of Dublin, Splitsville, Sanaa, Tutto Italia, Columbia Harbour House, Pecos Bills, Liberty Tree Tavern, Jiko, California Grill. We would prefer to dine (quick-service or table-service) at places that have an actual gluten-free menu available versus trying to just walk in and see what they can make for my husband. From reading reviews, I've gathered that there are other restaurants available to us, but those all only have one option (chicken tenders and fries) which would get old very quickly considering we would be eating lunch and dinner out and breakfasting in our room.

If I contact WDW, would they be able to provide me with a list of restaurants that have an actual gluten-free menu? Does anyone know of a site with all of the gluten-free menus at WDW?

I'd contact WDW and ask them directly because they're going to most likely know best.
