Well, the official logo's up on the site. (www.singleridersonline.com)

I drew the logo by hand (mouse), using only a base font behind it as a guide. Let me know what you all think!

Logo wear (through Cafe Press) would include the "SRO" portion only, in order to keep it more subtle about being a "single rider".

I'll post updates to this thread as the site progresses.

As to the question about what I used - that was done 100% in Photoshop 7, starting with a blank image. It took about 6 hours from start to finish.

Thanks!! And no, I probably won't be using that animation, since that was just a standard Microsoft clipart. But, there just may be some original animations that are similar.

Update: Current target date is May 31st, 2005, with full services being available in mid-June.

Discussion forums will be available, as well as dating/meet-up articles for various theme parks across the country. Some of the forums target lifestyles, including "Single Parenting", "Rainbow Room" (Gay/Lesbian), etc. The latter will be a "protected" forum with limited access to those of interest only, to allow for a safe and open environment to meet folks of like minds.

I'm SO excited about this - I can't believe I've taken over a year to do it. (Although exhausted from all the work too. Heh.)
