I unfortunately witnessed a similar event that happened near my home. What wasn't mentioned was the bright bluee flash that could be seen from miles away. They need to outlaw those damn balloons.

It's not evil. I mean come on, what else are you supposed to do when there is a power outage. More children were born in NYC nine months after the great NYC blackout in the 70's than any other day.....or so they say. :lol:
