    (Video below picture)

So...it's been two years. I thought that today is a good day to always keep in mind. The day of the Virginia Tech shooting was a day that changed many lives including students and their families. The loss of 33 people made it one of the biggest school massacres in history...which is very scary. I could go on, but I think that most people have heard enough about it to understand. If not, feel free to use the link above. Let's just give remembrance to the lives that were lost and families and friends that may feel sadness on this day...

I love this video and music:

Wow. 2 years goes by fast!

I'll bet it seems like yesterday to those involved.

Good thoughts to all who had to go through it...
How much do we have to pay to get MiceChat Old?

It's sad how some people, desperate for attention, can bring ruin and misery to the lives of others so easily and thoughtlessly. I don't usually post in these types of threads, but I think it's worth posting this time.

I agree. I can't fathom the loss that people in that area felt. So tragic and thoughtless. Just last year I lost a Grandmother, an Uncle and 2 dear friends here on MiceChat and it's still difficult to think about it. Thanks for reminding us how precious life can be.

We have two family friends that were in another dorm, thankfully. One person was on the same floor that the shooter came, but luckily he was towards the end of the hall and he didn't come down that far apparently. Plus, the guy was asleep.
Also, another person was actually a graduate from our school. It really makes us think how lucky we are...

This bears repeating. This message can't be driven home hard enough.
