    So how did you spend your time, before there was MiceChat?

    Let's admit it now. Once and for all. A lot of MiceChatters, me included, spend way too much time, typing at their computers.

    What did I do before MiceChat came into my life?

    Well I am a person, with a lot of hobbies. I use to play more video games, before MiceChat. I use to exercise more, before MiceChat. I use to crochet. I also spent more time in my garden.

    Since MiceChat came into my life, I have discovered the wonderful world of Disney (wasn't that a television program?) I always liked Disney. MiceChat has enabled me to study all things Disney . Study it and discuss it, in great length. I have learned how to use a digital camera, since MiceChat. Wanting to take great pictures, when I visited Disneyland, I recently learned how to use a digital camera. I would not have my computer today, if it wern't for MiceChat.

    Having spent too much time on my husband's computer, he bought me one of my own. Thanks MiceChat for the new toy.

    Downside is. I sit too much and eat too much. I need to exercise again. I need a plan. I did not like what the scale hollered at me today.

    MiceChat has allowed me to express my opinions and be creative. It lets me vent. It is positive in many ways.

    So how did you spend your time before MiceChat?

      well before MiceChat...heck Before the PUTER i used to read everything in sight, (im soo behind on my beloved Stephen King Books its painful) i did however finish the dark tower series book by book.
      and i did at one time *GASP* write LETTERS (we are talkin real ones on PAPER!!) exercise more and see the sun! AND NOT THRU A WINDOW EITHER LOL from what i remember of that bight yellow ball it did put out heat....Didnt it??

        Went to other Disney message boards, like MousePad, DISBoards, DisneyWorldTrivia, MGMStudios.org, TowerofTerror.org, WDWMagic, ect...and I still do, I just spend more time at MC nowadays.

          Mission: To contribute to society by spending free time on the computer doing something besides what i was supposed to be doing.

          1985: Robotron
          my first PC was an Apple IIe. I was a senior in college. I loved Robotron. The thought of spending 24 hours/day doing nothing but killing robots still gets me excited to this very day. but joysticks are hard on the hands, and the first thing that goes are your trigger finger and reflexes. to top it off, one day a baby robot tells me from behind to "stick'em up". i turned around and blasted him before i could tell it was just a kid robot. it really shook me up, and to this day i never picked up another joystick.

          1986-1994: Solitaire
          once i enterd the workforce, IBM PCs and Microsoft programs became the corporate standard. For goofing off, nothing was better than Solitaire. Probably because there wasn't that much else out there. At work anyways.

          1995-2005: World Wide Web
          the www opened up a whole new host of opportunites for wiling the hours away at work not being productive. Surf's up!

          2005-2006: MousePlanet
          Like most, i came upon a Disney fan site preparing for an upcoming trip. Then i found the DLR message board and exchanged helpful tips on the idiosyncracies of the Anaheim park. After a month or so, that became boring, and i walked into a place called The Lounge and had my first drink. Then the fun started and it was tough to leave as the party raged non-stop. It's all kind of hazy now and we had a lot of fun and met some good people. Then some of my good friends got suspended one by one. Luckily, even though i was still in a druken stupor there, i came to the realization that they were missing, and went looking for them. They also came for me and fetched me out of there.

          2006-Present: MiceChat

            read alot more. figure out baseball stats for the team i am on, write up scouting reports about the teams we would be facing, and do league stats

                Lets see, when I first got the computer I did solitaire, then I found ebay and was lost there for quit a few years. The rest is a blur................
