    Great story about Notre Dame
(Imagine that, a great story about ND football that doesn't involve USC kicking their collective posteriors...)

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe...

Wow ... it IS a story that doesn't involve ND getting their tushies handed to them on a plate by SC!

Awww, I  Charlie Weis. He's one of the few who have left my team (NE Pats) that I don't mind still rooting for, even though I don't care at all about college football. Great story!

Great story, I had put off reading it based on Morrigoon's warning, yep, my eyes still get leaky!

This actually isn't the first instance of Notre Dame doing something like this. There was a young man in San Diego who was a huge fan of Notre Dame. He has since passed on, but they did something like fly him to the game, let him prepare with the team prior to the game. Seems like a real good institution.
