That's TERRIBLE. I'm so sorry to hear that. As others have posted here, I'm sure working in tandem with Disney, cams, and police, you will figure out who did this and the person will be brought to justice.

Seems like it will be fairly easy to narrow down if the person is a plaid as you say, and you have a description of the car, the person, and the time of day it happened. Only so many could be coming and going from work at that time.

I would not expect Disney to assist you much, they will assist the police, but Disney cannot release employee information to just a random person, that is what the police are for.

You will just have to wait and be patient.

I would write down any description you can of the person and the car right now. Before you forget. Height, hair color, eye color, weight, unique attributes. Car make, model, color, 2 door, 4 door. Anything. Then relay that to Anaheim pd and Disney. AND I would also call city hall and speak to the lead and describe this person and to them and see if they will assist. You have a witness so your good on that front. as a last resort if no one assists, visit the park, hours before the same time of the accident and on the same day and see if you spot this person working city hall. They have committed a serious crime.

I contacted Anaheim police and went in and filed a formal report. If justice doesn't catch up with them, karma will.

In that case no worries, Anaheim PD will contact Disney for assistance in identifying the employee who hit you (which, given Disney's databases, shouldn't be too difficult). Disney will doubtlessly alert employee parking lot security to report any vehicle that matches your description, especially if it has damage; if it was the car he normally drives to work, it'll also be in Disney's database. Your insurance company might also contact Disney, investigating along similar lines. And it's not impossible that family and friends of the employee could convince him to turn himself in.

Yeah, I figured as much. Can't be that hard to track him. Happened shortly after 3 so i'm assuming that's when his shift ended or lunch. Hopefully they catch him! Thanks for the help y'all.

Also hoping that the corner of Katella & Harbor has video cams. If they're anything like the traffic cams in L.A. County, the guy who hit the OP is as good as busted.

Wow! Hope you find out who it is. Best thing to do is file a report and keep your eyes peeled for the car in the area. Obviously they work there so maybe you'll see them again - if so snap a photo of the license plate.

Authorities already contacted. If anyone has any information to help on solving this issue please respond. It was a plaid.

Which authorities did you contact, and did you give them the information (license plate, vehicle description) that would enable them to track down the driver?

Were there any witnesses to the accident, and if so did you get their names and contact information?

Exactly what information are you hoping to get from MiceChat members as a result of posting this on the public forum?

That's terrible and hope you find out who it was. A word to the wise: the first thing to do in this situation when you get out of the car should be to take a picture of the other vehicle's license plate. Then I would drive off to the side.

Was at a stop light at katella and harbor.. My gf was driving, I was napping in the passenger seat when suddenly, BOOM. I was startled and my head snapped forward. We got out to see what happened and the cm stated "a car honked so I thought the light turned green." I suppose he must not use his eyes much..

We agreed to pull into zabys motor lounge immediately after the turn. We both signaled in, we turned, he floored it out of there. Could not find him after that.
