    The obvious ones are

    ferdinand the bull
    chernabog
any of those alligators in tutus from fantasia
    elliot the dragon
    magic carpet from aladdin
    lumiere for sure.
    Tweedle dum and dee
Peter Pan with the lost boys.
    King Brian from Darby
    Mary Poppins, no question.
    tito the dancing chiuhuahua
    Buddy hackett in love bug
    mad hatter and march hare
    the caterpillar..(old queen)
    and the king of hearts...
    jiminy cricket??
    baloo in drag
    kaaa and sir hiss
anything joe flynn or paul lynde
    charlie the lonesome cougar...

    Any more closeted characters?

OMG! This is the best list ever!

There's always the rumor about Daisey and Minnie (of course Max is Minnie's son from the affair she had with Goofy).

Probably Dumbo (because I am such a Hag and I love him).

You forgot the obvious - The Reluctant Dragon

I'd say Flower.. but that might just be me.

...And I never thought of Chernabog like that, I guess that just further explains why I like him. ^^'

No, actually they were selling a kissing Bambi and Flower Valentine toy set in the Disney Store.
                  I couldn't stop laughing.
                  I lurk.

Kissing toy sets? Like.. plushes with magnets in their noses so they went together when they were close enough? Hehe, too bad I missed finding those sets at the Disney Store in the mall here..

Hm.. and looking at the list of characters. I can see for most of them, or the ones I can remember... but I'm not seeing the Alligators from Fantasia. If I can remember properly, the gators weren't wearing anything but capes and (I think) a hat w/feather... the female hippos were in tutus.

Even the creators of Comedy Central's "Drawn Together" saw that and even parodied it in one episode.
