I say a lot of bad words all the time, it seems to be in my nature, I have to try to control myself out in public like at DL, i would just love to be able to cuss even if theres kids around, yup, i know it's bad, but it's just the way i talk

My dad consistently lives out everyone's customer service dreams. When people complain to him, he often isn't able to give the answer they want. They threaten to shop at another store and say they will never return to his store again. This is the point where he says "Well, now that's what makes America such a great country. You have that choice, and don't have to deal with me again. Thank you for exercising your rights and keeping this country free." I kid you not, he does say this.

                  Hey "a hyperbole", Thanks!

I've found a few (actually a lot of) good one-liners there to add to my usual ones!

I've never met you, but I know that I'd like you!

                  LOL

Re: Things you wish you could say in public

At work, at least once a week, these ladies come in with their kids. They make a mess before they even get their food, then it's bigger. They don't watch their kids, so they are running around, screaming, throwing glass things, spilling drinks all over, etc. The women themselves are annoying too, they blame everything on us and get major attitudes about every little thing. We just groan when they come in and argue over who's gonna clean up after them.

Here I am, carrying four trays of food (and i'm a klutz, so I try to walk slow, even more so if i'm carrying hot soup) and these kids knock into me, and the mom yells at me "Watch where you're going, you knocked into my kid!"

I wanted to say some nasty things to her like "Watch your kids, Lady, or better yet, put them on a leash and take them to obedience classes."
The managers just tell us to put on a smile and ignore them. It's hard to do.
Press today is so concerned with cool vs. not cool that they're starting to forget good vs. bad. I'm not sure I'll ever be "cool", but I will always tirelessly strive to be "great". - Josh Groban

Great stuff LOL. I know I've said similar things if not worse. Honestly if I think it I have no problem saying it not sure if that's good or bad.
