WDW vs. DLR

okay, so I'm not trying to make waves here, I just thought it would be cool to see WHY exactly there's so much tension between the hardcore fans of the parks.

So, I guess just say which park you like better and WHY, but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be nice (no personal attacks, you all know the rules). I thought maybe people would enojy talking about memories they've had in the parks, and why the feel the parks are so good!

I went with DLR. WDW has more to do, but DLR has more history, thus more trivia facts I can annoy people with. Plus DLR has Indy.

Of course I have never been to WDW, and I am sure it is awesome. But I grew up at DL and worked there and it is my home away from home!

OOooooooh...it's Tough to call! We've been to both and I'd have to say WDW has all those Other things - water parks, golf courses - it's a true, self-contained resort. You can never go off property and still not see everything there is to see.
HOWEVER....it was Sleeping Beauty's Castle that Tinkerbell flew from every Sunday night on Disney's Wonderful World of Color. I grew up reading and dreaming about Disneyland. Disneyland has a very special place in my heart. DL seems so much more.....Real.
I'm sure that there are equally passionate WDW lovers out there. They just don't post on this board much!
