  • Sunny D - An environmental hazzard

I just had to share. For some reason, this put a on my face (I feel bad for all the little fish, but it was just so crazy):

    From: Slashfood.com

Over 2,000 gallons of Sunny D concentrate leaked from a UK factory into a nearby waterway Wednesday, killing dozens of fish, according to the Daily Mail. The juice, which was deemed substandard, had been sent to an underground tank where it was to await proper disposal. The tank was cracked, apparently, and sent approximately six tons of juice into a tributary of the River Parrett (right) in Bridgwater, Somerset.

The ignominious pollution of our rivers and the agonizing death of wildlife has never seemed so refreshing!

All those dead fish! I guess this puts to rest once and for all the theories relating to so-called benefits of Vitamin C. Take that science!

Could you imagine if it was the OJ or (God forbid!) the purple stuff that tainted the river? Yikes!

Personal note to E.: remember Potc from yesterday's lore? lol

Thought of Sunny G also, then I thought of Red Bull (now that would be some fun for the fishies!), somehow the two of them go together.

it's what they are like in their HEART!

Would that make them "flying fish"?

                            (oooh that pun was baaaaad)

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe...

It reminds me of what the yellow brick road must have looked like before the pressed concrete hardened.
