I was wondering this about DL too, Is there a AAA VIP lounge in DL?

No, there is an AAA help desk that used to be in the old tour garden, but I believe it has been moved (plaza gardens???)

Anyways, you can discounts if you book your vacation through AAA and they can provide standard services at the park, but there is no lounge.

There's a AAA "center" in tomorrowland where you can get a complimentary soda and I think a cookie or something. AAA parking at WDW is GREAT and you get quite a few dining and shopping discounts, you can get that info at their member's center also.
