  • Unbelievable Math Problem

Here is a math trick so unbelievable............that it will stump you.

Personally, I would like to know who came up with this and why
that person is not running the country. I would also like to know exactly how much time they have to kill!

    1. Grab a calculator. (you won't be able to do this one in your head).

Go ahead I'll wait..... Ok, here goes:

    2. Key in the first three digits of your phone number (NOT the
    area code)

    3. Multiply by 80

    4. Add 1

    5. Multiply by 250

    6. Add the last 4 digits of your phone number

    7. Add the last 4 digits of your phone number again.

    8. Subtract 250

    9. Divide number by 2

    Do you recognize the answer?

That is pretty cool. I guess it is some mathematical equation that works out the same, no matter what three digit number you start with.

First two times, I did it, I messed up. The last time, I did get my phone number.

              Someone is indeed a genius.

It doesn't work for me because the calculator won't let me add 0, which is the first of the last 4 numbers of my phone number.

I'd be even more impressed if there was a math problem that would figure out my phone number without me actually having to enter any of the numbers that are in my phone number.
                            What an idiot....

Yeah, I do that Twitter thing.
