  • Peter Pan Halloween Costumes

Right, so I have never before been trick or treating in a proper full blown Halloween costume. I've wore a mask or even last year I wore my (golden) Mouse Ears, but never a full costume.

This year, I'm going to a concert with a group of friends and we are wearing Halloween costumes. Without my influence entirely they decided that we should all go as Disney characters which of course pleased me immensely. I'm going as Mr Pan, and was wondering what you MiceChatters would recommend?

I'm gonna get my mum to make me a green felt shirt, and I'm going to get a Pan hat from Disney World in October - thankfully I get back to the UK on the 28th. I can buy some green tights if I search hard enough (I'm male and 6ft tall), but the shoes are causing me a big problem. Looking at pictures of the animated Disney Pan, I just can't think of a reasonably cheap imitation.

    Any help?
Anyone been as Pan before and got pictures?

Speedway..a word of advice. Not sure if you are a costumer or not.. but most guys don't think of a very important piece of costume when they wear tights. You need to get a Dancers Cup underneath..otherwise..you may embarrass yourself.

(Or get as infamous as the one Peter Pan did during the Disneyland Christmas Parade about 10 years ago when he went "commando" under his tights... there was no mistaking..um..what was happening..and people, even the kids were commenting on it. I never saw so many hands slapped over so many little kids eyes so fast...:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: Funny he wasn't there the next night...or the next...or the next)

But seriously, tighty whities, boxers, or commando does not look good under tights. Just thought you might want to know.

                    Oh Speedway.
My very last (and most favorite!) trick or teating expirience was when my group dressed up as Peter Pan characters. I was Peter, of course, but we had Pirates and Tiger Lilly and Maggie from Hook and a lost boy and more. It was awesome.

I didn't do the shoes, though Just wore sneakers I don't have any pics out here either. Sorry

but I agree w/whoever... Just do felt cut outs to put over your sneakers... attach them with elastic.

Good luck, can't wait to see the pics!
                    Good morning, son
                    In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
                    It was pain
                    Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...

I thought Peter Pan was a eunuch.
