The story game.... this is fun

I am not sure if this will fly, but I had an idea for a game.
During the course of this thread, a story will be told.
Each person who posts on this thread will say one word that makes sense to follow the one before them. For example.
blah55 says: The
anotheruser: ham
randompeople: went
... and so on
Everyone get it? Great!
I will start.... oh and it can be as random and weird as you want!! That will make the story even better.
