Originally posted by Trader SamOMG! I think they used the Disneyland font that I made! I recognized the odd-looking parenthesis (one dips way down, the other goes way up). I KNOW they did! The numbers are the same exact design (and I made those up). How freakin' cool is that!!!!?
I'M A PART OF DISNEYLAND'S HISTORY!
I wonder how much they'll use it throughout the park and the years to come.

At least we now have proof that Disney is aware of the Disney Experience. Heck, they used his font instead of creating their own!

I wish that Disney would hire him to revamp their desktop stop website. I think that he could do some real good on there. It is lacking pretty bad at the moment.

Disney Goes Disney Experience
I just read this on Trader Sam's (http://www.disneyexperience.com) blog:

A Part of the Celebration, a Part of the History
I am a part of Disneyland's 50th anniversary, and a part of the park's history! Check out these images: image 1, image 2. These plaques are underneath two photomosaics in the castle. What's so special is that the yellow font is the Disneyland font that I created (available at the Disney Experience)! I recognize the odd-looking parenthesis. But, most notably are the numbers: they are exactly the same (and I made the number designs up).
So I am now a part of Disneyland history . . . in some small way. I wonder how extensively they'll use the font, both during the 50th celebration and the decades to come.Tags: None
