garlic butter. It's usually a chicken breast with thebone taken out, but the wing bit still attached, and they fill the breast with galic butter, and bread the whole thing.
then when it's cooked, you cut into it and the galic butter runs out

I have been eating only 2 meals a day for a while now, and I do get extremly hungry. of course I have lots weight and that makes me happy as all get out, but I am trying to eat less and try to live better thru better eating . but yeah, I am hungry to!!Comment

Karla, honestly, that's probably not the best way to do it. Just because you eat less doesn't mean you will lose weight.Originally posted by hakuna makarla View Post

Example: I just had a small bowl of cheerios. When I get back from the Gym at about 930 I will have some fruit and maybe a yogurt. At noon I will have a sandwich on wheat and some baked chips. At about 3 I will probably have another helping of fruit. Then dinner is dinner, although I do try to keep it low-fat. Then at night I will snack on frozen strawberries or raspberries if I get the munchies. Never eating less than 2 hours before sleepy time.
Of course, like I said earlier, when I'm training I get the munchies and since I provide my class with candy (swing shift training classes, you start fading about 10pm) I will indulge, unfortunately.
